3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We will make every effort to help track the package.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, leaking, or damaged, you may request a refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • You must submit a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of defect (photos of the damaged item and packaging) must be provided.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the request is approved.
  • We do not accept returns for used or opened products unless they are defective.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return and Refund Policy

At Moon Flower Herbals, we take pride in offering high-quality skincare and herbal products. If you receive a defective, leaking, or damaged item, we are happy to assist with a refund or store credit.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit

You may request a refund or store credit if:
✔ The product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective due to our packaging or handling.
✔ The packaging was compromised upon delivery.

We do not accept returns for:
✘ Used or opened products (unless defective).
✘ Products purchased from third-party retailers.
✘ Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., scent, texture).
✘ Packages damaged in transit by the delivery service (see below).

2. Packages Damaged During Shipping

If your package was damaged in transit by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Step 1: Take clear photos of the damaged box, packaging, and products.
  • Step 2: Contact the delivery service and file a damage claim with them.
  • Step 3: If you need help with the claim process, email us at cindy@moonflowerherbals.com, and we will provide any necessary details about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or store credit for shipping carrier-related damages.

3. How to Request a Refund or Store Credit

For eligible refunds or store credit due to product defects, follow these steps:

    • A store credit that can be used on a future purchase.

4️⃣ Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a discount code or gift card and can be used immediately.
